If you’ve never gone ziplining, what are you waiting for? A canopy tour at Legacy Mountain requires no previous experience; all you have to do is show up! Our guides specialize in helping novice zipliners feel comfortable during their adventure. 1. Dress for the occasion.
You’ll be moving around quite a bit during your canopy tour, so don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing! Closed toe shoes are a must. There is a little bit of walking between the various courses, so we recommend a good pair of sneakers. Baggy or loose clothes are discouraged, and glasses must be secured if you are going to wear them while ziplining.
2. Read reviews from people who have visited.
If you want a better idea of what it’s like to experience our Pigeon Forge zip lines, check out the Legacy Mountain TripAdvisor page. Here you’ll find reviews and stories from folks who came in as first-timers and left as old pros!
3. Listen to your guides.
Every zip line tour features a 20 minute orientation where your guide will go over everything you need to know. Be sure to listen up, because this brief segment contains a lot of important safety information. Don’t be afraid to ask your guide to repeat something! Our staff is always happy to answer questions and explain things multiple times.
4. Reserve in advance.
We want everyone to have the chance to experience our 7 line zipline course, so reservations are required at Legacy Mountain. To save your spot on our schedule, visit our Reserve Now page or give us a call at (888) 869-0289. We can’t wait to see you in the Smokies!
