The minimum age for a zip line tour is 3 for children. There is no maximum age limit, as long as the rider is in good health. At Legacy Mountain, our Pigeon Forge zip line weight limit is 100 to 275 pounds for adults and children.
Children less than 100 pounds and at least age three can ride tandem with one of our specially trained guides to gain the momentum needed to carry them from event to event.
Riders of all ages are asked to wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Since guests only have to walk a short distance, hiking shoes are not required. Safety is our top priority, so no one will be able to begin the tour without meeting these safety requirements. Once everyone is ready to begin, a guide will take everyone through a short orientation, and then, it’s on to the best 2.5 hour tour in the area.
If you have any more questions about our Pigeon Forge zip line safety requirements, please give our reservationists at call at (888) 869-0289. They can answer all your questions and help you book your family’s first or next Smoky Mountain zip line tour in minutes.
